Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
1. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Toolsiva handles information when you visit the website, use its tools or contact us. It applies to pages operated under the Toolsiva domain and does not control third-party websites linked from the service.
2. Information processed inside your browser
Text, code, credentials, QR payloads, calculator values and conversion inputs are generally processed locally by browser-side code. Unless a tool clearly states otherwise, Toolsiva does not intentionally upload that content to an application server for processing or storage.
Browser-first processing does not remove every risk. Your device, browser extensions, network environment or copied output may expose information. Avoid entering secrets unless the tool and your environment are appropriate for that purpose.
3. Information collected automatically
Hosting, content-delivery and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include an IP address, approximate region, browser and device type, requested page, referral information, timestamps, performance measurements and suspected abuse events.
4. Local storage and browser features
Individual tools may use temporary browser memory, canvas, clipboard, download or other browser capabilities to perform a requested action. Toolsiva does not currently require a user account. Any future persistent preference storage will be documented where it is used.
5. Cookies and consent
Essential infrastructure may use limited cookies or similar technologies for security, traffic management and service delivery. Toolsiva also offers an analytics preference banner for optional Google Analytics storage. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only after you select “Accept analytics.”
Your selection is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. You can review or change that selection at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent access to Toolsiva’s tools.
6. Google Analytics
Toolsiva uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general website usage, such as visited pages, approximate location, browser and device information, referral source, session timing and broad interaction events. Google may process this information on Toolsiva’s behalf under Google’s applicable terms and privacy documentation.
Toolsiva configures Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics storage denied by default. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the website tag.
Tool inputs, passwords, tokens, QR payloads and generated results are not intentionally included in analytics events. Toolsiva does not currently display third-party advertising. This policy will be updated before introducing advertising technologies that materially change how information is processed.
7. Contact messages
When you contact Toolsiva by email, your email provider and our email provider process the address, message content, attachments and related delivery metadata. Contact messages may be retained while responding, resolving a reported issue and maintaining reasonable records.
8. Service providers and disclosures
Toolsiva may rely on hosting, domain, content-delivery, security, email and analytics providers. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, enforce terms or preserve the security and integrity of the service.
Toolsiva does not sell personal information.
9. Data retention
Tool content processed only in the browser is not intentionally retained by Toolsiva. Infrastructure logs and contact records may be retained for limited periods based on security, operational, support and legal needs.
10. International processing
Infrastructure providers may operate in multiple countries. As a result, technical or contact information may be processed outside your location under the safeguards and terms applied by those providers.
11. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the service, but no internet system is guaranteed to be completely secure. You remain responsible for protecting your device, browser, copied results and any sensitive content.
12. Children
Toolsiva is a general-audience utility website and is not directed to children below the age required for independent consent in their jurisdiction. Do not knowingly submit personal information about a child through contact channels.
13. Your choices and rights
You may stop using the service, clear browser data, restrict optional storage and manage browser or device permissions. Privacy rights differ by jurisdiction and may include access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction rights.
Requests may be sent to [email protected]. We may need sufficient information to verify and process a request.
14. Policy updates
This policy may change as Toolsiva introduces new features, infrastructure, analytics or advertising. Material revisions will be reflected by the date shown at the top of this page.
